OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Johnson County Community College men's soccer team is struggling right now to find a win…and the back of the net. The Cavaliers currently stand 0-6-0 on the season, and have been outscored 27-to-5, a differential of minus 22.

The Cavaliers recently were shutout for the third time this season, falling at home to Dodge City 2-0.  JCCC played a hard 90 minutes, and actually fired more shots on goal (5-to-2) than the Conquistadors, but could not connect on any of them.

Freshman goalkeeper Brandon McGaugh saved six of the eight shots he faced.  Dodge City scored in the 41st and 65th minutes to notch their first win of the season

The Cavaliers five goals this season have been provided by five different players.  Freshmen Brett Harding and Ashton Owen also have an assist to lead the team with three total points.

Johnson County will host Crowder College (4-2-1) Monday night, then hit the road to face Coffeyville (6-1-0) on Wednesday, April 28.
