OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – For the second time in three weeks, Johnson County Community College freshman Olivia Ways has been selected the Kansas Jayhawk Conference Men's Goalkeeper of the Week. She also was the week 7 winner.

Ways helped lead the Lady Cavaliers to a pair of road victories last week by stopping eight of the nine shots she faced. In a 2-1 win at Coffeyvile, Ways stopped six of the seven shots. She capped the week with two first half saves in shared 8-0 shutout at Neosho County. With her solid week, Ways lowered her goals against average to 1.14, and increased her save percentage to .824. Both of those marks rank fourth among conference goalkeepers.
