OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College sophomore center Lukas Milner was named the Kansas Jayhawk Division II Basketball Player of the Week for game played Nov. 4-10. 

Milner posted back-to-back double-doubles while leading the No. 2-ranked Cavaliers to a pair of victories last week. He also shot 65 percent from the field. Milner had 12 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks in a 98-82 win at Southeast to open the week. He closed the week with 14 points and 10 rebounds in a 77-69 win over Central Methodist JV. 

Milner is average 13.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and shooting a blistering 72 percent from the field this season.  He averaged 4.2 points and 3.0 rebounds his freshman season.
