OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College sophomore right-handed pitcher Zachary Ebert has been selected the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Pitcher of the Week for week 6. 

Last week, Ebert pitched a complete game 3-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts in the opening game of a four-game conference series against Labette. With the win, Ebert improved to 5-0 on the season. He has three complete games pitched and 44 strikeouts in 27.0 innings of work. 

As a freshman last season, Ebert was honored as the week 7 KJCCC Pitcher of the Week.
