Freshman Year 2023

Earned All-Region 6 Division II and All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II first team … Played in 16 matches, nine as a starter … Was the team’s second leading scorer with 21 points … Tied for most goals scored with nine, which also tied for third in the conference … His 21 points were fourth most in the conference standing … Also tied for second on the team and in the conference with three game winning goals … Led the team, ranked second in the conference and tied for 11^th in the NJCAA going 3-for-3 in penalty kick goals … Twice during the season, he was honored as the KJCCC D-II Men’s Soccer Player of the Week … Picked up his first point of the season with an assist in a 4-2 loss at No. 4 Phoenix to open the season (8-18-23) … Followed by scoring the game winner in a 6-1 victory at Scottdale two days later (8-20-23) … Scored three second half goals to power the No. 13 ranked Cavaliers to a 4-1 home victory over Marshalltown (8-30-23) … Scored in the 52^nd minute for his first goal … His second goal came on a penalty kick I the 67^th minute and he completed the hat trick with an unassisted goal in the 79th minute … His hat trick was the first since September 21, 2016, a span of seven years … That effort earned him the KJCCC D-II Player of the Week for week three … Picked up his third game winning goal in a 2-0 victory at Southeast with an unassisted score in the 28^th minute (9-20-23) … That effort earned him the week 6 KJCC D-II Player of the Week … Netted the first and fourth goals to help the Cavaliers to a 4-1 victory over Allen (10-4-23) … Got JCCC on the board first in the sixth minute in a come-from-behind 5-3 win at Hesston (10-7-23) … Scored JCCC’s final goal of the season on a penalty kick against Neosho County in the first round of the Region 6 playoffs (10-26-23).
