JCCC’s Macoubrie earns second KJCCC Goalkeeper of the Week honor

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – For the second time in four weeks, Johnson County Community College freshman Brody Macoubrie has been selected the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II Goalkeeper of the Week.  He also was honored in first week of the season. 

In week four, Macoubrie recorded his first career shutout, stopping all four shots he faced in a 1-0 victory over Neosho County.

For the season, Macoubrie stands 3-2-1 with a goals against average of 2.00 and a save percentage of .707 in six game played and 540 minutes in the nets.  Overall, the Cavaliers are 5-2-1 on the season and ranked eighth in the NJCAA D-II poll. 

Allen sophomore wing Patrick Alouidor was chosen the Player of the Week.
