OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County women's sophomore guard Saige Grampsas has been selected the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II Women's Basketball Player of the Week for week three. 

Last week, Grampsas led the No. 2 Lady Cavaliers to a pair of victories, upping the team's record to 7-0. She averaged 17.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.0 steals while shooting 60.9 percent and 50 percent from 3-point range. In JCCC win a Southern Maryland, Grampsas flirted with a triple-double finishing with 22 points, nine boards and seven assists. 

In last night's 82-27 victory over MidAmerica Nazarene University JV, Grampsas contributed nine points, six rebounds and four assists.  For the season she is averaging 13.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.8 assists while shooting 45.2 percent.
