JCCC women’s soccer coaches honored as National Staff of the YearJanuary 06, 2025After leading the Johnson County Community College women’s soccer team to a second straight NJCAA Division II runner-up national finish, head coach Jim Schwab, his staff of assistant coaches Alex Hagan and Madison Hagen, along with trainer Sarah Plowman and volunteer assistant Abigail Logan were named the 2024 NJCAA D-II National Coaching Staff of the Year by United Soccer Coaches.

JCCC’s Wallace named United Soccer Coaches National Player of the YearDecember 20, 2024Johnson County Community College sophomore Maya Wallace was named the United Soccer Coaches NJCAA Division II National Player of the Year on Tuesday. She is the first women’s soccer player in in JCCC and Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference history to earn the honor.

JCCC women’s soccer named North Plains Region Staff of the Year by United Soccer CoachesDecember 20, 2024– United Soccer Coaches announced on Friday their 2024 Regional Coaching Staffs of the Year recipients for community college Division II women’s soccer, and the Johnson County Community College women’s soccer staff was named the North Plains Region Staff of the Year.

Two JCCC women’s soccer players represented on NJCAA D-II All-Tournament TeamDecember 09, 2024The Johnson County Community College women’s soccer team had two players represented on the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National All-Tournament Team after helping the Lady Cavaliers to a national runner-up finish. JCCC lost 2-0 in the National Championship Match to top-seeded Northwest Mississippi Community College.
